VG30DE Swap Worthwhile??

Just out of curiosity, if I were able to get ahold of a used vg30de and transmission for around 1500, would it be A. Possible, and B. worthwhile to swap it into my 95 240 SE, or would it be too much work? If anyone has a legitimate answer on this and possibly any experience.... it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

what year is the motor? its gonna take some work my friend, thats a big motor, i dont think it would be worth it if you can get an sr for 2k
