VG30DE into S14??

I know this has been talked about before, but with a TT motor, and not the NA motor. The reason I ask about this is because my friend is getting a new VG30DE motor, and has nothing to do with his old one. Is it possible to fit it into the s14? I know it would take a lot of fabrication, but what main problems would I run into if I did the swap? How much more does the VG weigh than the KA? And last, besides being totally different, would it be worth it as far as how much faster it would be?

it can be done, but I don't really see the added power being worth the time and money involved. But it is your car, so do what you like
