VG30DE CUTS OUT AFTER 3000 RPM'S....NEED HELP!

I swapped a vg30de in my 240sx and the only problem i having is it cuts out really bad after 3000 rpm's when i hit the throttle... the engine acts like it shuts down till i let off the throttle then goes back to its normal idle again....i checked the tps and it is reading how it should.....anyone know wuts wrong here??

i found out the problem....buddy gave me the wrong ecu for another year when i bought!!!!beware make sure the right parts are goin with the motor when u by one......or u willl boogle ur brains for trying to find out wut the hell is wrong for months

Got any step by step pics of your swap. I am trying to decide which route to got with my 240. VG30DETT or a VH45DE swap. Thanx

i dont have no step by step pics...but i will be taken some of pics tommorow of the finished product...huge difference with the vg30de in it the car finally has some serious balls in it and sounds wicked also.

if ur looking to do a vg30dett swap...it would be difficult to do and take much more time but anything is possible with time and money and it has been done b4......if u want i could write down the basics on wut u need and step by step on the VG30DE swap im sure u will impressed on wut this engine can do in a lil 240sx. if not u can always go tt later!
