I'm in the middle of replacing the timing belt, water pump, accessory belts, auto-tensioner and the front oil seals.

The crankshaft position sensor bearings feel like they are shot.

Does someone sell a bearing replacement kit, if so what's the part number?

And if not, what's the part number for a new assembly and where's the best place to order one?

Thanks!

What crankshaft position sensor? Do you mean Camshaft position sensor, even so, it doesn't even have any "bearing". Got a pic of what you are talking about?

Camshaft position sensor, part #23731-NY00 along with an o-ring seal #22131-58S00.

I believe it has two sealed bearings, one front and one rear, and it's the front one that is rough , to the point of locking up somethimes when turning it by hand and squeaky.

So it is the camshaft position sensor, i don't know about the bearing but for Nissan OE parts, Courtesy Nissan sell the sensor for $362, http://www.courtesyparts.com/b...h=882&

So I succeeded in pully the thing apart to the point that I could replace the rough sealed bearing, a #6000, and now know how I'd do in all better next time (fixturing required) in order to minimize contact with the laser slotted disk inside and to avoid brinneling the new bearing while re-inserting the shaft.

I also have a $19.95 plus shipping eBay spare on the way and we'll see how the bearings feel in that one.
