VG30 plug and play harness, is it possible?

I am putting a VG30 in my sandrail. I would like to just run a factory ECM. Is there anyone that makes a plug and play harness for just the engine? Is it possible for me to just use a factory engine harness and no body harness etc?

If anyone here can make a harness I would be interested.

You should be able to just use the factory harness. There are only a few wires that go to the body from the engine harness. These should be power, ground, fuel pump, and possibly a few others. I haven't looked in a while but its pretty easy to wire them up like that.
