I'm considering buying a 90 300xz with 140k on the clock. I always do a compression test on a vehicle before i buy it. What are good compression numbers on the NA vg30? I know they have like 10.5:1 compression so i figure the compression numbers should be pretty hight.

So what should I be looking for in terms of compression numbers? Also, what is the max variance between cylinders that is acceptable.

for future searching purposes good compression on the NA motor (10.5:1 compression) should be around 185 to a minimium of 140 with a difference of no more than 14 psi in each cylinder.
