we do have the good citizen law but i think its only for when someone is diein and your giving them CPR.. i dunno tho.. if i was the guy with the vett i would of just said "I WONT SUE ANYOF YOU FOR HELPING ME"... i would of made the guy hook all the ropes up, and everything, and take pix of it all.. so if he messes up then im not to blame..

The way ours works, to the best of my knowledge, is no matter what happens if you were trying to help and something got messed up be it them or something they own hey can not win if they were to sue you. So if I stop to help someone change a tire and the cars falls on their leg then they can't win a law suit against me for being there. I kno hat is extreme and they would have to have their leg under their car for it to really happen. Hey it could happen. This is all done to promote helpfulness and caring for your fellow man. :batman
