I just installed a e fan setup, I left the fan clutch on but took the blades off just for now to see how the fans go....I also took my vc off to check my chain tensioner because im getting the famous chain tick but both of my upper guides are already removed......so i didnt bother cleaning the tensioner because it was getting dark, so , i removed my vc and thats it.....now when the car is running hot for a while normal running temp, at a stop light it wants to idol so rough that it almost cuts off.......and sits there until i take off again.....im at a loss, ill look at it more tom but idk.... maf problem??? to rough for tps sensor......

UPDATED INFO: I can slow to a stop and idle is fine, its when I apply My brakes that it does it....and info on that?lolI advanced my timing as far as it will go.....fixed it a little, but it still wants to act up

Does it happen all the time or just when the e-fan is on?

it seemed like just when the fan is on, i have it wired up with the ac fan....i was thinking about straight wiring it to a switch tom to see if that is the problem

my aiv.....egr and all that crap are still there, im not taking it off until the new motor goes in.....and that will be a while. Im just trying to get as much load off of this motor as I can since it has over 200xxx miles. Im going to check all my vacuum lines today.. But it seems to me to be a timing issue im just trying to get a second opinion
