very low idle when warm and stopping

ive got a 94 d21 with a freshly rebuilt ka24e. this is the last thing I have to worry about with this truck beside patching up the frame. it runs perfect until it gets warm then when I push in the clutch to stop or whatever it wants to idle at like 300rpms for a couple of seconds then goes back to idling normal. I just checked for vacuum leaks using break cleaner and fixed the ones I found and cleaned the MAF sensor so if yall could help me out on what else could cause this it would be awesome.
