I have replaced the master cylinder and either rebuilt or replaced all brake calipers, and replaced all the pads. I have bled the system twice. Still the pedal is near the floor before I have any brakes. No brake light is on. Also had to adjust the e-brake at the handle, to have any e-brake. The brakes were better with the old worn out pads before I changed everything. Help!

when you replaced the master cylinder did you bench bleed it? also when you bled the brakes did you start @ the right rear & then work your way forward? it sounds like you got a pesky air bubble thats messin w/your pedal pressure

Maybe you need to correct the pedal free-play. The BMC's adjustment/push rod might be too far into the pedal, thus engaging the brakes when the pedal is almost all the way down.
