Can any one help my 1991 twin turbo won't rev past 2500 rpm and it only boosts up to about 6 psi, I've done the check on the ecu and no faults come bck I've replaced all the vacuum pipes and replaced cracked wiring and added extra earths now it feels like I'm banging my head against a brick wall

First do a compression test. Just to see how healthy everything is.

But I would bet that its a boost leak though. Check the intercooler end tanks, I had a hole the size of a quarter in one of my end tanks. :squint:

Isn't not revving past 2500 something to do with the MAF Sensor? I'm with mark on this as well, check compression and for boost leaks.
