Sorry but where do I check that level? Is it the little reservoir on the driver side close to th firewall?EnjoiNismo wrote:Ironic this happened to me last night, I was stuck at a light and it would not go in gear.
I had a very leaky clutch master cylinder. Check to see if you have brake fluid in your clutch master cylinder.
Damper? CMC?OutToWinPAHC wrote:Pedals not firm, probably air in the system. I'd remove the damper, replace the slave and CMC.
I didn't bleed the system... I just added fluid to the reservoir. It was below min, but not by much. I guess I would have to bleed the system and add to get the necessary results? Might just buy a new slave, bleed the system and see how that goes? What ya'll think?EnjoiNismo wrote:Yes i did solve the issue by bleeding and adding brake fluid.
Check, Do you have brake fluid in the master cylinder?
We have a hyrdo clutch not a cable clutch. With no brake fluid you won't be able to put it in gear.
