I was waiting for today to create a thread on this... it's been something I've known for a while and has been making me excited and giddy, and now that we break the news to my family today I break it here too...My wife is pregnant! With our first child.

She's due in June.

Happy thanksgiving, all!

Congrats! Have fun brining, frying, stuffing, baking, and cooking in general. I know I'll be busy all day cooking the bird.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Congrats on the new bundle of joy . Hopefully it doesn't turn into one of those 2+ deals. They can get expensive really quickly. I got tired of my wife bugging me about kids so I told her this morning, as a little Thanksgiving surprise, that I think we're at a point where we can start having kids I guess the Fall/Winter is the baby making time of the year

Hey EV. Congrats. You have a lot of fun ahead of you. At least you know that the little one will have lots of legroom in the back of your Versa. Hope you Scotchguarded those seats.

Thanks everyone.

Our family was also informed today, and they were all generally happy. My brother in law is INSANELY happy about the prospect of being an uncle. He's kind of a goofy guy anyway, so yeah...

And I've got the SL... the flat woven seats should hold up better than the S model's seats. I'd worry about my wife's Tucson, but really, there have been so many wet dogs in it, that there won't be any point in worrying.

Congratulations EV.

Last Saturday 18th Nov (national adoption day) my family adopted our three foster children 2yo twin boys and 3yo older sister. With our 10yo bio-daughter, we're now a family of six - officially.

We have a lot to be thankful for.

Congrats EV....

People told me this and I didn't understand exactly what they meant when they said, but your life is going to change in ways you can't imagine....nearly all of it for the best. (I could use more sleep, but other than that all is well.)

I have two darling girls (2 and 5) who amaze me every single day.

Being Dad is the best job you'll ever have.

Happy Thanksgiving (late) to you and everyone!
