I just ordered a 5/16 plenum spacer from EverythingG35. I spoke with Joe and he was very helpfull. I should also be getting my 3.9 final gears on Friday...I can't wait the weekend is so far away. These are my first mods.

Congrats!!!

The gears limiting your top speed and further killing your MPG doesn't bother you at all?

I love speed and torque at the strip, but I couldn't live without the top speed and at least 16 MPG

I did some research on the top speed and it was still above the limiter. 5th gear is 132mph redline, it would be a hair more with an 05+. As far as mpg, I'll let you know how bad it gets I'm currently at 22-23mpg. I did this in my other car (3.27 to a 3.73) and barley noticed.

Yes I do already have an intake, I think it is a pop chager. It was in there when I bought the car.

Cool!! Will be curious to know how the gears turn out.(Also, was the 3.27 to 3.73 worth it?? I currently have a car with 3.27 )

I replaced and upgraded every go-fast part on that car, only the GT-40x aluminum heads(65hp) were better than the gears. It will put a on your face, thats for sure. Also the gears for the Mustang and install was around $450.

Teflon- You can have 3.3xx final gear ratio. You can step up to a 3.54, but to go 3.9 or higher you need to swap you pumpkin or your rear axel not sure which. I'll have a spare 3.54 when its out and I'm happy with the 3.9's. Let me know.

You are making me happy in the pants ^_^How hard is it to swap? What do you think the shops would charge to swap?

You can't do it yourself if you had to ask. I got quoted $350, but I have seen prices at $240 from a tuner. So it's somewhere in between.
