Dirty idle air valve? How does it react when you turn the car on with the TPS unplugged? Or however you put an SR into timing set mode.

When the tps is unplugged the engine will rev high then eventually settle down. I can get the idle to be steady with the tps unplugged "timing/idle mode". but when its plugged in everything changes. dont know why, including timing.

Settles down to what? 500 RPM? 700 RPM? Does it still do the thing where it catches at 600, goes to 1k, then back down?

From what I remember it idles low around 600-700 rpms. I will have to test it again later and check for exactly what it does though.

When shifting the rpm's take longer to drop than normal , the engine keeps racing causing my clutch to be burnt shifting from 1st to second :(

Once shifting into neutral after a drive the rpms will slowly rise to around 1800 and 20 seconds later they drop and settle at 1000 and will stay there permanently until revved again.
