So when its about 10 degrees or less outside my car has a problem. Gas fumes fill the car as soon as i turn on the heater. No heat, no fumes. When I get home stick the car in the garage, the garage smells like a gallon of gas hit the floor. No gas on floor. When the weather gets warmer say, 20 degrees or more, gas fumes disappear. This happen everytime it gets real cold. Any Ideas

Don't know how common it is on the 240sx, but check your fuel lines. Look for a small leak. Other makes have issues during very cold weather to get a fuel smell on colder start ups, but not when a little warmer, just like your saying yours does.

pretty common for nissans to need the fuel clamps retightened every once in a while. especially true after fuel hose replacement. expect to tighten 2-3 times a few weeks apart. you may never even see a leak.
