Very Annoying Heater Problem (no defrost) S14, any ideas?

About a few months ago my heat/AC (tho i have no ac components in my car) worked fine, all controls worked and made the heating/cooling system do what it was supposed to do.

all of a sudden everything stopped working. All it does now is blow HOTT air through all the Front Vents on the dash and door.
It gets more intense and HOTTER as i begin to drive, no matter what setting i set it to, it does the same thing, nothing changes. AND I HAVE NO DEFROST, which is a BIG PROBLEM now you can imagine how this is a problem in the summer. I've read if the mod door goes bad it defaults to Defrost, but i have Defrost Does not work so idk what tit could be

Ive swapped out my climate control and the problem still persists, unless the climate control unit that i put in is bad, i have no idea what could be wrong.

Winter will be upon us soon and it would be death not to have any defrost in my car at the least.

any help would be much appreciated, ive searched, and am still searching on this topic, thought id post up a thread anyway.

test the wires to see if your getting power at the actuators.

where exactly are these wires located, and wheres the actuator? does it require taking apart the dash?

i can do anything from motorswaps to susp work, but when it comes to stuff like this, im a newb
