Vert won't start =(

So I bought a parts car with a running kade and 5spd transmission that I drove home. I just now got done swaping the drivetrain/engine into my vert, and kabam, no thing! I turn the key over and the engine doesn't turn over. But I am getting power to the window/cluster lights (basically accessories except top) and its like the starter wires aren't conected but they have a GREAT CONNECTION. I am stuck on this one . So after I take the key out the ignition, A relay on the passenger engine bay fusebox starts to vibrate rapidly...(The one I am pointing at in the link). zerothread?id=437738

Any help as to what could be the problem? Ground or something? I Am a freaking loser!
