Vert will not start :(

i have fineally found a motor for the vert, this is going to be a long read but bear with me i have a 94 vert and a s13 motor from who knows what year 240. the original had a rod through the block so thats why another de took its place.i fineally get the motor in and do the 5-speed swap at the same time.none of the lights work after i do the swap the only ones that do work are the headlights. also the top dosent go down or up even though i followed step by step the diagrams that were posted up on here somewhere.also the motor just seems to turn over abd over but doesnt start i have new plugs cap rotor wires fuelfilter i did change the distributor from the old motor i had because the distributor on the new motor had the plug smashed up, when i changed it i made sure piston #1 was at top dead center and then took the cap off the distributor and saw which way the rotor was facing.i have fuel i have air but not so sure about spark the coil seems to spark on and off like it will work sometimes and sometimes it wont sorry for all the confusion but the gist of it

No lights work inside/outside car (except Headlights)car cranks but will not startTop dosent go up or down

And also i checked the computer and the only code it kep spittin out was 55 which means everythings good right?

did you check the fuses? its usually always the little things

Do you hear fuel pump priming when you turn the key to ACC? It should come from back of the car.

yes i can hear the pump priming for 5-10 seconds and as for the fuses i have checked them the ones inside the car and with a test light i check them the light dosent come on with the key on but when i pull to check the fuse itself it is not blown this is a first its really confusing

i got the motor runnin im so happy now it was a couple of things the timing was off the ground from the battery wasnt connected to the motor and the battery was a bit low so now she is up and kickin i will post up some pics later in the week when i get her all decent lookin
