Vert top isn't getting up or down

Hay I been trying to figure out the vert top I think I have a wiring problem???You know if there are any wiring diagrams or tricks to find a short?Is there a relay or a way to test the pump ? Please help and thanks for answering all my questions.

do you hear any thing like the pump trying to go?

look at the wiring for the 5spd conversion that might help you ...
