You have to remove upper and lower fan shrouds first. You should have access from the bottom too. There are small hoses connected to the bottom bungs for AT fluid cooling. Once you remove shroud, disconnect upper, lower radiator hoese, AT lines and remove top brackets, radiator should come out. This diagram should give you some idea.

ya but how do i get the shrouds out? that's the only thing holding the damn radiator at the moment.. i tryed everything to get it out but no good... everything else you said i did already. This car is harder to work on than my Q45 lol i did the radiator on that in 20 minutes, including beer brake.

There are clips on side pieces(21488N). It's hard to explain, but 'squeeze' those clips one by one and push the shroud to engine side. You have to remove some screws too. I agree with you. Radiator is hard to work on 240. If you add aftermarket radiator, things get worse because you lose a couple of inches of clearance.

It's been a while since I've done mine, but I don't think you even have to remove the entire fan shroud, just unclip the "21477" part below by hand - that should clear the fan.

If you do need to remove the shroud and can't find the radiator shroud clips/screws, remove the fan assembly; it's just another 4 nuts...

With the fan out/movable, you can either try to pull the radiator again, or you now have more room to look for the remaining screws/clips - which is basically all pictured in the diagram there (just search each corner for a screw/clip).

It's not all that hard, you just need some patience & a light.

and fingers that are not cut up from you getting mad at the transmission hoses not coming out. The damn fan is brand new and im just ultra lazy when it comes to these things, when it doesn't go my way i leave it and pick up on it later. the transmission oil is a bit dirty ill let it run off and refill whatever i collected out with fresh fluids. Thats ok to do on this transmission right?

That's why the radiators still in ur car & not out already :P.

Yea, leaving the hose like that is fine. It actually won't completely drain, not even close, unless you run the car. Just replace whatever you lost in the process.

Good luck, I think you have all the info you need now - now just stop being ultra lazy, the weather is getting warmer... relatively.
