Vert Power top issues

So i've picked up a vert with a 5 speed swap. however the ecu it came with and is running on is the auto ecu. Is the procedure for getting the top to work the same? connecting the brown/yellow to the green/blue? I can find the wires running to the 3 plugs, but the 3 plugs are not connected to anything. The previous owner tried to explain to me the ramifications of using the auto ecu, but i'm having difficulty understanding him. The car runs great, throws no codes, starts, ect. however I cannot get the power top to work. any suggestions?

I still use auto ECU with manual transmission. I switched several times with manual ECU and somehow car feels better with auto ECU, so I kept it that way. ECU doesn't matter when it comes to make the top work. Just follow the instruction and the top should work.
