That's tastefully done. I like the combination of old school z wheels with old school pignose. I'm not a fan of pig nose, but yours is one of those exceptions. Good decision of quality SPL stuff too.

slip, I hope you noticed it's 89-90 zenki bumper which is commonly called pig nose. Somehow that lip doesn't look right on chuki(vert) front. You need some good modification skills to make it look right.

Xenon front lip might be your best bet.

thanks for all the great replies. When we were doing the suspension i didnt want to gimp out with cheap parts. Ended up using KTS coilovers and full spl suspension. I also swaped over to the z32 rear knuckles to do it right.Ya the original bumper with the piggy lip doesnt sit right. It takes a bit of reshaping it to sit just right. The pignose front has an actual lip that the lip sits ontop of and forms to. The orignal bumper does not. So it usualy sags in the middle. The bottoms not as long as the pigy front end either so it takes some skill to make it look right. Thanks alot on the props for the nazi wheels. I love the look of them. The offsets so much better than the stock wheels. What do you all think of the white with the polished lip? Took me a couple hours to polish em all up yesterday. Almost went with a full polished look but we thought the white would give a good contrast look.Matrix/Raigsons been a big help on the project. I give him mad props for all the help. The project wouldnt be turning out like it has without him. He'll be helping me swap over the doors, fender, block the car, and then we'll toss it in his paint booth over the next couple weeks. Our biggest tackle was swaping over to a 5 speed with the motor in the car. LMAO we'll never do that again. We'll yank the damn motor out.Any suggestions or things people would like to see I would love some input.I am curious where other vert owners have installed a harness bar at. I'd love to see pics as one will go in when i swap over the doors. Also the back seat brackets got to go. If anyones got pics of how they cut it out and the best way to do it please toss me some ideas/pics i'd love to see em.

At first: NO!!! Not another pignose!

Then I saw the swastika wheels: hmm.... Actually, that doesn't look too bad.

I think you should paint it satin black and boost the ka. /project.

As far as cutting out the rear brace/seat bracket thing - use a sawzall and some grinders. it doesn't come out easy. We just did that on Zach's vert the other night.

Your harness bar should be placed according to the requirements of your harnesses. You need to have a certain length of harness and a certain angle from your shoulders for the harnesses to function properly. I say, consult a pro.

Problem with pig nose on coupe/vert is rear end. You can get side skirts, but nothing's available for the rear bumper. Basically, you have to get an aftermarket rear bumper to match the line since s13 OEM rear valances still look weak. That's why pig nose looks good on hatchback if you have a whole package... lip, side skirts and rear valances.

Well my buddy picked up some sideskirts the other day that actualy had some rear valances that attach to the rear bumper to give it the whole look. I actualy think it looks good as it sits, but i may look into it shortly. Like others said, boosted KA is in the works. I'm tearing down and completely rebuilding the motor at the end of the year as its got 168k on it now. Still runs like a champ but sooner or later the rings are gona go. At that time i'm gona toss a t28 turbo on it, Boost maybe 14lbs, nothing crazy.

I actualy would love to see pictures of where you all cut out zachs back seat bracket. Kinda curious where exactly you cut it at. I run a gutted interior, no carpet as well. The bracket just looks really out of place and right now i have the top cylinders discnonected and i hate taking the top down as i have to tuck it behind where the rear strut towers sit cause of that whole rear bracket. Did you cut those out at the same time or leave them?

Well your right, never really thought to sit in the car and check how the belts fit. I was thinking there might of been a usual place the verts toss harness bars at and i could adjust the harness from there.

I'll keep you all posted as we start the priming then paint phases.

very nice. the piggy nose w/ lip will look great w/ oem skirts & rear valance. gotta complete the look, dood!

keep up the good work.

If you cut out the rear seat area in 3 sections (middle, then each side), it's not too bad. Of course, I had my buddy take care of that for me so I don't have to worry about it, hahahaha.

*EDIT: why stop @ harness bar, go roll bar - a harness bar is a death trap in a rollover.

Me and raigson been discussing that. The thing is i've never seen one in person. I'd really love to before we installed one. Or at least some great pictures. We had extra cage bars (he had 2 sets) but the coupe is different specs from the vert so its not gona work. We'll have to buy a new hoop section. Im sure we'll end up doing it. Id just love to see some good shots of roll cages. And also whether to go just the hoop, or add the rear strut bars or even down to the floor.

Damn, no one must pay attn to my threads...

Should be quite a few pics for you to have an idea how it looks:zerothread/342256

Available as a kit here:240sx Convertible Weld-in Roll Bar Kit

Or you can bust out the measuring tape and get a shorter one that will work w/ vert if you are trying to save some moolahs.
