So yesterday I got out of school, hop in the vert and start it up and take off. When I got home i shut the car off, went inside...exc..

About 30 mins later I wanted to get some food for me and my brother. So i get in the vert and turn the key, The starter kicked out then stopped. Everything in the car shut off except the door chime. The raido stopped working, Interior lights, and clock. Only thing on was the door chime.

So I did some troubleshooting under the hood, Looked at the ign fueses and they all look good, Looked at all the blade fueses under the hood and they are good. Checked the batt terminals and cleaned them. Everything looks good!

So is there anything I might be over looking? what should I check for? I need the vert back on the road, Its my daily driver and love driving it. Thanks guys, Let me know!

Did you try to jump start the car? You know battery doesn't last forever. It needs to be replaced from time to time. To me battery is weak. If battery is okay, you need to check alternator to see it generates 12+ volt.

Check what RJ said too.

Its simple, but check the ground wire, that its securely attached on both ends.
