that's george aka DukeBoy on the forums. that was his 1st time drifting the car. there should be another video after the nov 18th drift faction lime rock event.

ahh...dukeboy. Yes, I spoke to the brotha a few times (tall *** kid). Cool dude...I remember one Etown event...I think there was three of us with verts (or was it just duke and I?)...
Much respect to the powerzam crew for the insane pics.

ive heard its a little harder to get a vert to drift as easy as a coupe or fastback....i didnt really like driving my very as much as my coupe. but i would love to have one with some power for fun.

That was the first time I drifted the vert at limerock with less than 1k miles on the rebuilt motor. I had to take it a little easy. Not to mention the car was a body-rolling bi*** with no e-brake. The rollbar makes a huge difference now. Not to worry, there will be better video at limerock next weekend.

I think it's awesome. I get annoyed by people who talk about the verts frame flexing...it's not that serious as some people make it to be. If you have the proper mods done, you should be fine.
I saw a 350z roadster used for drifting in a mag the other day. Not bad looking...had a roll cage and a gutted interior.
