ok so i have a 92 vert and the door handles r shaved, i bought it like that not my decision, anyways so the doors r sagging a little which makes it rather difficult to get into the car i kinda have to pull on the door as i press the release on my remote. So idk if anyone else has had door sagging problems but does anyone have any suggestions on how to bring them back up to the proper level???

Could also be worn door bushings. Vert doors are notoriously hard on them due to the extra weight of the belts and bracing.

Hinges could have become warped/bent as well, but should be able to get new bushings or hinges if needed.

I'll never discount the hinges as a possibility, but it's very unlikely. Worn bushings/pins sound like the culprit if the door has some slop in it when it's opened.
