Vert doesn't start..

hey guys, well i just bought a vert about 2 weeeks ago.. i just swaped in another motor due to a headgasket problem. i also did the 5-speed swap. now my car doesnt start.

I connected the 2 wires in the picture below.

i think its my alarm system casuse my car starts make nosies like my turn signals are on. i cant even put my window down..

Is removing the alarm hard? do i have to rewire anything.. i never did anything with alarm system.

most alarms, you can just unplug the brain and it should let it start....

as far as the windows go you might have a short some where... thats what happened to me :/

yea they are from a 2000 celica gts.. lol. they sit alittle higher than stock but i dont mind,
