Vert Build Number 2

So Heres my old vert. Had several problems that really irritated me so i pulled my motor and bought another

Old vert...
Found this vert about an hour from my house in p-cola for $700 and drove it on the trailer.

It was much cleaner and unmolested.


Got to work on the sr swap.

Ka had a blown head gasket

Got it out and cleaned/painted the bay. Gunna keep ac on this one.

Got my ol sr cleaned up and changed a couple seals and crap

Boom, Sr.

Got her running. Took a couple weeks with work and crap getting in the way.

Drove it about 3 hours away to import face off just two days after i got it running haha had zero problems.


Got the rest of the silvia front on. Gunna transfer my coilovers, 5-lug, z brakes, lsd, uncracked dash, ect over soon.

Coilovers are on now. Ordering some 60mm wheel studs for my 5-lug. And maybe buying new wheels next week. I had a rocker arm explode even with the stoppers and the two shims are lost somewhere inside my motor...

I found them in my lower oil pan along with chunks of my rocker arm. They down look real scarred up so i dont think they raped anything on the way down. Got the car back together and putting it on the dyno this saturday on 19psi.

What are you using for tuning? Any video of it driving?

Enthalpy tune. No this is the only vid I really have of it. I may get some at the next auto x or drift event
