The dayz grille would look nice with that Nismo front end that was on the board a while ago.

As soon as I get some info......and I will ask about all the kits available in Japan I will post it. I have a meeting with the Ken Syle and Gialla people Thursday so we shall see where it goes. The only thing that worries me is price.......this stuff is GOOD and it's like anything else good stuff costs. I think the Extreme Dimensions stuff looks good for the Versa and when I get my installed and painted I will post pictures because the pictures on there web site are worse then Stillen pictures for Versa and that's pretty bad.

Yea that bring up a new question. Will they even fit the V. I know there was some talk a while ago that said the Tiida front end different so kits wouldn't be able to crossover.

I know my hood doesn't have the little extension in the center of it...

By the way, I'm just mentioning this because it took me awhile to realize it... Impul has a US website where they offer their bodykits for the Versa...

I believe the Fox Marketing Versa used the Tiida Impul grille, not the Versa Impul grille. I could be wrong, but I'll look for the post where this was said.

Well... it is quite large... it appears to stick out at least a good foot from the back of the car... I was thinking about one for a bit, then I realized that there was no way...

That Gialla Sportiva is $1,300 for the whole kit (in US dollars) ... not too shabby... I don't know if they piece it out, but I'm finding out...

Sorry it has taken me a bit to get back to everybody but been a little under the weather.

The Dayz grill cost $510.00...........yes my cost and takes up to eight weeks to get here and payment in advance It is in three pieces that fit where our grill is now.

I think the best that we all have to realize is that at this moment there are not that many Versa's on the road in the first place and a small percentage of those will spend money on "fixing them up" I go thru this weekly by different companies that are holding back to make sure it catches on and I don't mean selling a hundred of a number there looking I would presume some big numbers because of the costs involved.

That's why I recommend.....support the guys that stepped up to the plate early, there will be more coming down the pipe in the future but they need numbers so if you "sitting on a fence to purchase something" pull the trigger. And we will be seeing more things from Nissan and Nismo in the future also.......SEMA 07 will be here sooner then you think.

Here's a body question... any particular advantage to purchasing side skirts as opposed to painting the ones that come on the car?!?

Yes, they look cooler and unique making you and your car stand out. Not to mention how cool you will be when you lose around 500 dollars to add two streamlines and an extra half inch to lowering your car. Small tip if you live in an area that has many pot holes, your money you are going to spend on the skirts will go down these "pot holes". I spent the money to paint the OEM skirts. Good thing because I already would have screwed my skirts up around 7 times with the defects on the streets.

I am not trying to sound like a smart a$$ but there is an extent to tuning your ride. I agree some of the skirts are quite nice but for myself, it is useless. I would rather sink the money into performance and make the V roar and have more ponies than dents in my lower body.

Here is my car: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2603189. You can see the difference (not that much). It cost me 550 CA to paint all of my body kit and to install them.

well it makes more sense to me to just paint what is on there as well... especially since I want a lip spoiler from one company and a rear valance from another and my body guy can just work with each end of the existing skirt to make them flow.

I just didn't know if there was a good reason to replace the skirts that are there.

;oP

hehehehe, I know where YOUR versa is too ;oD Thanx for your opinion!!

ROFLMAO

seeing as the following is a picture of what is popular in Japan... yeah, that spoiler is nothing. Get a kick outta this, and a hearty laugh... there's even one that's painted black and has batman on the rear...

Kimber, I am in touch with "I think" the people that actually make the pieces in Japan and the Gialla group along with Dayz to see if I can get any of it over here at a half way decent price. So hang tight I am working on it but a long process going between Japan and here.

LOL Kimber. That one looks like something from an episode of the Power Rangers. I prefer the subtle statement of the OEM spoiler personally.
