I saw these lights and I thought they looked pretty nice. Anyone happen to own these or heard of this company?

What are your opinions on the lights?

If those are the ones commonly sold on eBay, please use caution. Though I haven't heard of anyone buying them recently, when they originally came on the market they didn't fit properly and/or had problems with collecting water inside the lens.

I've seen another Versa with thoughs on the street. I have been meaning to get them but they are one of the last things I'm going to get on my list.

Guess we'll be hearing from you in August

Does anyone know if (or think?) it would be easy to disassemble these? I always thought it would look really nice to buy the ones with the crome backing instead of black, disassemble them and paint the chrome with transparent red paint (that "metalcast" paint by duplicolor). Sort of like a red-chrome thing.

One thing to note with these cheap aftermarket tail lights is that yes they usually fit fine, however, if your car gets parked in the sun a lot, you may find the rubber seals will deteriorate quickly and you'll soon get problems with moisture in the lens

I was thinking the same thing. I'd actually like to do a body color instead.

That would be another good reason to want to be able to disassemble these. Then we could seal them with a stronger sealant (I'm thinking of that stuff that Clipsed used on his headlights that had to be baked in the oven to remove). A little extra work before they even get in the car, and it would be well worth it.

If you did a body color, it might be better to use the black ones instead of the chrome. I'd actually worry how that transparent paint would stick to the chrome anyway, but it may be worth a try since they're so cheap.

I thought it would be cool to remove the inner lenses and fix led lights in there too.

But from looking at the photos, it doesn't look like they could be taken apart easily. A buddy of mine said these cheap altezza lights are usually heated and pressed together instead of glued with silicon, which is why they leak and can't be taken apart.

Does anyone else actually have these and can tell us if they can be taken apart? Lexi... any input?

Nothing beats the factory Hella lights. That is, if you're concerned about the amount of light they produce...

I'm not sure I know which lights you're talking about bishop. The only aftermarket tails I've seen are those altezzas. Are you just talking about Hella LEDs for the conversion on the tails that I mentioned?

How are you ordering a body kit from a place that doesn't distribute in the US? (who are you ordering from??)
