versa supplemental airbag light coming on

Just bought a new Versa for my daughter. Has been back to the dealer 4 times in less than a month. The supplemental Airbag light keeps coming on. They put in a new airbag module, but light came on again. I have notifed Nissan Consumer Affairs to request a new vehicle. Has anyone else had this problem? Also had an issue with the drivers side window..the "one touch" close not working properly.

There's a recall on the airbag light:

There have also been posts on resetting the auto-up. Lower the window, then raise it and hold the button up for five seconds or so after it reaches the top.

regarding the airbag light, do you have anything in the seat when the light comes on? I know the light comes on every time I put my backpack in the passenger seat. There's some sort of sensor that can tell whether a person is in the seat or if it's a kid/box/bag/etc.

Also, check the manufacture date of the vehicle to see if it is the seatbelt problem in the thread that kc5f linked to.

Nope, nothing in the seat. I would think the dealer would know about the recall, but I will mention it when I go tomorrow.Thanks for any help. This is very frustrating. Love the car, but we are tired of visiting the dealer!!!!
