Versa steering clunking consequences if not repair

Last year my versa is in nissan dealer ship for repair because of the steering clunking and they replaced the steering column. The problem is gone for a very long time but now it start to make a clunking sound everytime that i make a right turn and make worse clunking sound when making a sharp right turn.

My warranty is over for about 6 months and since the clunking sound is just a minor irritation, would there be any consequences if I leave it unrepair? I'm a college student and have absolutely no money to have it repair too.

Take it back to them and see what they find because its only been 6 months not a couple of years.
