Yeah, I have the 6Spd Manual as well... and yes, I have experienced the same thing..
It's nothing serious, just that the variable valve timing system is a dual variable valve timing system, meaning that it works on the low and the high torque bands (i.e. the exhaust and the intake). When you drive for a long time, the camshaft timing is quickened so that your car doesn't burn as much gas and runs smoother, but when you decelerate to a stop, it has to readjust for the new need for low end torque, thus revving the engine a bit in the transfer.
OR
If you've been driving in the city, the camshaft timing is delayed, allowing for more fuel to enter and a stronger combustion, thus more lower end torque (once again). That means that your car will temporarily idle at a higher RPM.
