Versa of the Month
I was noticing more of the Versa's are starting to be tuned.. isn't it time we had a Versa of the Month Spotlight maybe with a little owner info and build details it would be a nice way to showcase members rides...

I nominate mine. Just 'cus I think I may be the only person left who has done absolutely nothing to it. Not having money sucks.

Actually, NICOclub (the host site) has a Ride of the Month section. I'm waiting a little bit before I start submitting V's for consideration in that section.
I'd love to see one of our members' Versa's grace that page, to be seen not just by us but by ALL Nissan fans.

Yeah there are some nice versas on here. I would like to see them go up for ride of the month.

I think we should use the nissanversa.org site to showcase the cars. I mean it's our own site, why don't we use it? I brought this up a while back, but I guess it fell on deaf ears.

Well folks, it appears that Proxim's request didn't so much fall on deaf ears as ones that were a bit preoccupied at the time. The request was re-pitched to the mod staff, and it was approved with a modification:
it would be a ride of the Quarter, not a ride of the month. That seems fair enough to me.
Proxim will be heading this up, so all submissions need to go to him.
I also would like to have our ride of the quarter submitted to the NICO ROTM committee, so whoever submits also needs to write up a blurb on their car that would be worthy of submission to ROTM as well (see the main nicoclub.com site for ideas).

Hooray I was starting to have second thoughts about a monthly thing. It sounded like a lot of work and effort and that's not what I'm about. Anyway, if you want to be considered send me an email with some nice pics and some info on what's been done. I stress Nice so don't use your camera phone or web cams. You got to remember that these pics are going across the web for everyone to see. I'm going to get a stickie up so everyone knows about this.
