Versa 2008 Noise underneath (middle part) the car

I have a 2008 Nissan Versa. I have it changed oil yesterday. A few hours ago there was a noise underneath (middle part). There is a noise whenever:

1.) A/C is on and under 1000 rpm.
2.) 2,500 - 3,000 rpm whether A/C is on or off.

Other than these conditions, I don't hear any noise. Here's the video:

It SOUNDS like an exhaust leak, but it doesn't ACT like an exhaust leak. Did you change the oil yourself, or have a shop do it? If a shop did it, I would return it to them, and explain that the noise wasn't present before you brought the car in for the oil change.

You are correct sir, it was an exhaust leak. I have it fixed in a local mom's and pop's muffler shop for $50. They cut the part where there's a leak, welded a new pipe, and I was out in 20 mins. It's back to serene sound again. Thanks.
