versa 08 1.6l engine knocking

hi there;
i have the same problem as this guy has on his versa . when the engine is warm at about 2 rpm u hear the knock
the dealier saids its normail on all these motor.
but to any other mechanic that hears the knock say its a rod bearing noise so if some one came across the same noise and did something about it please tell me.
the car is under warrenty still so i would like to know what to do.
