Ver 7.4 Navigation DVD and my 08 QX56 - what am I missing?

I've looked through the navigation owners manual and around the interior but cannot find the existing DVD so I can replace it.

What am I missing? How do I get this software installed?

First off, welcome to NICOclub! I am thrilled to have you here in the Armada/QX56 Forum! You are missing the navigation DVD. If you upgrade to the latest version, you will get the DVD plus a disc to "flash" the Navigation drive. You can order from http://www.zenrin.com

What is the most recent Nav release? Are you saying you can buy the Nav DVD from Zenrin or are my misunderstood? Or is this a dealer only part?

YES! Purchase from Zenrin, they will provide you with the software disk, and the DVD.

NO, that is not what I am saying. To update your Navigation system, there is a Software disk that you must first run before you install your new Navigation DVD into your Nav drive. Does that clarify for you?

HI EVERYONE, I AM NEW TO THIS SITE. I CAME ACROSS IT BC I WAS LOOKING FOR A DVD NAV DISK FOR MY INFINITY.

I NOTICED THAT THE CHAT MENTIONED TO BUY THE DISK AT ZENRIN.COM

HOWEVER WHEN I CONTACTED THEM, THEY SAID THAT THEY NO LONGER SERVICE NISSAN NOR INFINITY.

SUBSEQUENTLY, THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO WWW.NAVTEQ.COM

AND I WAS ABLE TO GET THE DVD ROM THERE.

JUST WANTED TO UPDATE THE PLACE TO GET THE NAVIGATION DISK FOR ANYONE ELSE THAT MIGHT BE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE I WAS.
