Are they *THAT* busy or do they just not care about their business?

If this were my business and it meant almost 5,000$ to answer the phone and confirm a few things to get some money, I sure as hell would do it!

Does anyone have the scoop on why they never seem to talk to anyone? Even when it means $$$$ for them??? Stupid if you ask me. I call and call and call.. and ONE time vicki answers and talks to me. She has excellent communication and business skill, yet rarely gets to the phone. Then once in a week the dude with the small voice answers, and he sounds like he wants to keep the convo as short as possible. Ugh.

Email basically never makes it back from them unless you're inquiring about something they have. Once you have that, they forget about you.

I know this has been talked about a million times.. delete or move if necessary. I'm just fury right now because I want something from them yet they do not have the time or effort to sell it to me.

Heh, I picture them all just hanging out eating terriyaki and drinking pop while the phone is laying off the hook..

hmm, i emailed them about 4 times about how much they wanted for their sr20det, rb20det, rb25det, and the shipping cost all in 3 different emails, and they emailed back withing 1 day and also another email sending what kind of payment they would like to recieve, they said money order or check, so i dont think that they dont like to answer their phone, always make sure you call a business when their just opening, which means no customers, basically no employees except probably the receptionist or the owner...just a thought

Yeah I would always call about 9:00 in the morning... never had a problem getting in contact...

They have always been very good to me on the phone, and usually answer everytime I call (mostly 2-3hrs before or after noon) If there are some people near there on this board, it might be a good idea to ask a favor and have them check the stuff out for you. They are a good company, but some of their stuff is a little rough.

That is a lot to ask of someone, so if that won't work, make sure you ask about the important stuff like not turbo shaft play, trans doesn't have shavings in it and such. I got a motor from them and it had a blown trans. They are good about taking care of this kind of thing, but if you could avoid it that is always better obviously.

Well.. I finally got some good communication out of them. Maybe I just had bad luck for a few days, but my feelings have definetely changed now.

My emails are all answered (with pictures too) and my calls are being answered now. So I bought my motor set from them.

Vicki is AWESOME. She sounds hot too. Anyone seen her before. lol?

They're great, really good people, if you can get 'em on the phone :)

I've talked to Vicki, the guy with the small voice, and some other guy who speaks like no English and sounds like he just got off the boat. Vicki does sound hot though.... ;)

Maybe they have caller ID and H A T E you!!!! :)

When I bought a CA18 off em like a almost a year ago today they had nice phone service.. I think I talked to a Guy named Ron who spoke so-so English. Their email is all that sucked fo rme because in 3 emails I tried to confirm an uncut harness, and each they swore it was then it came cut. but ehh wuyyagunnado bout it
