HI IVE BEEN HERE A WHILE BUT INM A NOOB TO POSTING.IVE GOT A 97 240 W BLACKTOP NOTCHBACK SR.MY STOCK TURBO FINALLY WENT OUT SO I WANTED TO GET A DIFFERENT SET UP .I WENT WITH A TURBONETIC T3/T4 BALLBEARING .57 TRIM ON A TOP MOUNT TURBO MANIFOLD WITH AN 38 MM EXTERNAL WASTEGATE.I HAVENT PUT THE NEW TURBO ON YET BECAUSE I WANTED TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS .IVE NEVER MESSED WITH UPGRADING MY TURBO SO MY QUESTION AARE THESE.
1 WHAT TYPE OF AIR FUEL CONTROLER WILL I NEED
2 WILL I NEED NEW FUEL INJECTORS AND IF SO WHAT SIZE
3 WHAT HEAD WORK WILL I NEED
4 AM I FORGETTING ANYTHING
5 WILL I NEED A TURBO OIL LINE RESTRICTOR...TURBONETICS SAYS NO AND THEIR TURBO WILL HANDLE 80 PSI ON THE SEALS.WAS ALSO TOLD SRS CAN REACH 100 PSI AT START UP SO JUST WANNA BE SAFE
I JUST WANT THIS TO BE RELIABLE .I DONT PLAN ON DRIFTING THIS CAR I JUST CRUISE IT BUT IF I DO WANNA RACE IT I CAN DO SO SAFELY
