Vented Carbon Hood

ok i am posting this to save someone from what i went thru....i had bought a vented carbon fiber hood a few months back but decided to wait to install it since winter season here sucks and well, i was in no big rush.......the hood is nice and looks great and was expensive and i am thinking it should be an extremely easy task.....NOT!

the latch bracket that locks your hood in place was all wrong i had to have the hooks moved about two inches over by a machine shop....then i had to A LOT of drilling and grinding with the dremel to make it fit right......after all that ....not counting the machine shop work the fitment i did at home took about 2 hours....LOTS of drilling and dremeling....anyways let it be a lesson unless your willing to go through all that BS get yours from a place that test fits....like GTP....the only reason i didn't get mine from GTP was i liked this style better....one of these days i will take new pictures

GTP is reputable because half the staff there owns 240s.....

i will post pics as soon as i take some pics...and find my photoshop program so i can strink the pics to size.....i tried to post one with a picture phone pic but the image was too large.

gtp is good. my friend and i wholesale out of them and we get are stuff farily quick. their good stuff.
