okay so i have to wire in my speed sensor. the two colors on the VSS itself is green and green with black stripe i think. now the plug i have to extend on the KA harness doesnt connect to the VSS. the wire colors on the harness side are yellow with green stripe and yellow with black stripe. so im gonna cut the plugs and solder male and female connectors. my question is how do i know which yellow goes to which green?

and also when i first started the car, my tach would work. now it doesnt at all. anyone know maybe why it stopped working? im using a DOHC cluster.

I can't tell you which wires to splice, But what I can tell you is, look it up in the wiring section of both FSM's. Should be pretty easy - check which is + and -. Or strip them and use Scotch Locks to test one way, if they work - solder. if not, switch, test, solder.

But seriously - it should not be hard at all to look at the diagrams in the FSMs to verify.
