NOPE.
The Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) is basically there to control the car when you aren't doing a good job, such as burning out. With the VDC Off, your car tends to take off slower to prevent itself from burning out. VDC has nothing to do with what wheels you choose.

^^ wait is that correct? I was under the impression the TCS was to prevent loss of traction (burnouts) and vdc is for your stability, as in when you are sliding sideways to apply brake force to certain wheels and correct the direction of the car. If I am wrong about this please enlighten me...

If my guess is correct bro. I believe you are correct. VDC is suppose to help when the car/ computer thinks you're losing control of the vehicle. Usually happens during really hard turns and swerving. and I believe its by reducing the amount of throttle to the wheels. That's why it gets turned off when trying to achieve fast laps on the track. To allow more driver control versus the computer trying to interfere.
if I missed anything or sound like I'm full of it,lol. please chime in. Anyone. The more knowledge the better :)
