Hi and welcome to NICO Club!

Your car's computer has detected some issues and is trying to tell you something. I think you should do things in the order as typed below. Don't go clearing all your computer codes only to have them forgotten about and then pop back up again later. New battery, low brake fluid, low power steering fluid, worn ABS sensors, bad battery connections, could be the causes. Those would be the easier to repair causes anyway. Note, as soon as you disconnect your battery, the computer can be reset and you could loose all the codes it has stored. This is not good. You want those codes first.

For the service engine soon light, you want to get an OBD2 code reader, plug it in and retrieve the codes from the computer. Post those codes here for more help with those specific issues. You can ask friends or co-workers if they have one and borrow it or you can go to most auto parts stores and use theirs (i.e. Pep Boys, Autozone, O'Reillys). This service should be free. You definitely want those codes, so do this first.

While you are there at the auto parts store, see if they have a battery and alternator inspection machine. This is also often a free service at such places. They can help you determine if you have a bad battery or alternator.

For the blinking airbag light. There could be an issue with your SRS, but it might be fine. Did you unplug an airbag or remove the passenger seat or something recently? You'd want to resolve that issue first, then you want to reset your airbag light. You can reset the light by using a procedure, but I'm not sure which. One - put the key in the ignition, turn it to "On", do not start the engine, you have ten seconds to open the drivers door and push the door button like 10 times. The door button is the rubber covered button in the door jam near the lock mechanism. Two (if one doesn't work) - put the key in the ignition, turn it to "On", do not start the engine, car should beep like four times and the light goes out just after the last beep, quickly turn the key to off and wait three seconds, repeat maybe three times, after the last time wait maybe 5 seconds and turn it on. The airbag light should stay off now. Three (if two doesn't work) - Unplug the battery positive terminal, put the key in and turn it to on, plug in the battery positive terminal, wait, turn key off and remove, put key back in and start the car.

VDC light. Check your brake fluid. If it is low, top it off and keep track of that. If you have to top it off again any time soon, you want an inspection and repair for a leak somewhere. Check your power steering fluid. Same thing, top off and keep track.

I mostly suspect bad battery connections, low brake fluid and possibly low power steering fluid. Easy stuff. Post back and let us know what you find or what you've done. I hope that helps! :)
