Hi,i ran into some problems with my 350Z 2004 mod Track edition,Europe version,6 spd manuell gear,VDC equipped.
I installed Nismo Suspension kit & Nismo stabilizer kit,i hav 18" track edition wheels with 225/40 in front and 245/40 on rear.Afterwards i had alignment on everything, and just minor adjustment was done.Hoewer the vdc dident like this(as Nissan also says)and goes on and off during driving. This is a hazard as well and need to be sorted out.,im no turning the vdc off,but thats still not a good solution.
So Nismo says in the provided paper that we can do this on a 2004 mod if the wheels are changed out with Nismo. They put the nr on the wheels to be 4030S-RN88910 and 4030S-RN89210 witch are 18" wheels.Offsett supposed to be 25mm&30mm Front/rear.
I dont think this is correct,i belive it should be 4030S-RN89312 & 4030S-RN89812,this is 19" LM GT4 wheels with 25/30 mm offset on front and rear.
Can anyone confirm this and also if it would remove my VDC problems? And there should not be any clearance issues with these wheels?I guess there is somone that has seen these problems before?
And maybe there is other solutions to this, wheel spacers?
Regards
Magr

The computer may think you have a different size wheel then you really do. I'm not sure if this car does this but some cars need to be programmed for different wheels so that the VDC/traction control can compensate for the wheel sizes. I'm not positive but this is just a thought.
