VDC or Traction Control

I have a 2006 Nissan Murano S. I tried to get it smogged for the first time but the smog people said they couldnt because the car has some type of traction control system. The problem is that we could not locate any switch or buttons to turn it off. I called the dealership here but the service person wanted me to take it in which I couldnt because of my schedule.

Does any of you know where I can locate the switch or button to turn of the traction control or VDC?

If you have VDC there will be a button left of the steering wheel at the bottom of the dash.

The button looks like this:

If you don't have the button, I don't believe you have any VDC.
