VDC has NOTHING to do with your fuel economy.

Vehicle Dynamic Control. It monitors your wheels for slip and adjusts when you lose traction.

Learn how to drive "properly" and you'll save yourself a ton of gas that way.

For those who might be wondering...driving properly entails WOT and high-rpm shifts.

Hey, I hate hyper miling just as much as the next G owner, but the truth is the truth. Acceleration and deceleration are fuel economy's worst enemies.

Actually if people would utilize buffers more often on the freeway, we'd have significantly less traffic. It's the idiots (myself included) who accelerate into brake lights who fuel traffic and poor fuel economy.
