VDC ABS SLIP LIGHT ARE ALL ON

2007 M35 - All those lights are on. Took it to Infiniti, they said it was the transmission and it needs to be replaced. When I put it in reverse, the camera goes out. When I go forward it and gain speed, it jerks pretty hard. Sometimes it doesn't go into reverse. Have to turn car off and on for it to happen. Had to reset the battery because it wasn't recognizing the key. Does this all sound transmission related?

This has been discussed many many times, please search. Generally speaking though, if there are codes, etc. those would be good to know so people can better assist. It could literally be anything at this point...but as far as the lights there are dozens of threads about this.
