Vband to 38mm?

I want to purchase a full race manifold for cheap and It has a Vband Flange and I have a 38mm wastegate. Is there any adapters available or am I able to get a 38mm Flange welded on top on the vband one?

your best bet woudl be to sell the 38mm and get a 44mm
