Yep. Sounds about right. Lol. Housing is cheap right now though so... One of my friends sold his Evo to get money for a down payment on a house. His place is pretty big for 135K. Three car garage, 2 story plus attic, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 5-car drive way, and small parking lot style backyard... His place is where all the "ripping apart the block" and "replacing fried piston rings" and "over-nighting parts from japan" will happen lol
