I got mine in October. When I was looking I went to Jonker Nissan and was told there were no black cvt with tech package anywhere to be had and that it would be about a three month wait. I did an internet search and found it at Morrey Nissan in Burnaby. They wouldn't transfer it to Langley so I went there and bought it. I have been very happy with my V in all areas except fuel mileage. Which V did you get?

Hey, I'm in Port Coquitlam. I'm expecting to get my Versa in about a week. I'm getting a black SL with CVT. I've been dealing with Morrey Nissan out here in POCO.

i got my V back in Aug. I think one of the first shipment. everything is alright so far except one, A weird noise coming from the front during cold start up ( when the blue temp light is on) running on rough surface. It's a clunk sound like the suspension or shock or even the brake. I saw a similar problem that someone is having over the internet. I had the dealership check over the car but they couldnt locate the sound. They changed the strut bar and had a wheel alignment. Now that i know the sound only comes on during cold start up, i'm going to bring it back to dealer again. Anyone having the same problem? By the way, did anyone fail to start up the car once or twice?? I did during a afternoon back in January. The car wouldn't start up i had to try it a couple times and held the key in there for 10 secs the thick white smoke coming out smelling like gas.

i got mine a little over a month ago....haven't had any problems with it at all, however, some lady did back up into me putting a dent in the side door.....oh well i was not at fault so i guess its okay....still hurts to see a 3 wk old car get in an accident though.

My car is parked outside. During the cold spell I had no problem starting the car. It ran fine and performed extremely well in the snow with the stock tires. The only minor complaints I have are the crappy defogger and the placement of the cup holders. Plus a very petty complaint about the intemittent wipers. What's the point of a 1 second delay?

We're out in Maple Ridge and just picked up our Magnetic grey HB SL CVT last week from West Coast Nissan in Pitt Meadows. Great place to deal with!I agree with marleyfan about the defogger. I always have to have the AC on with it for it to clear up. Unlike our Forester.Only one other small gripe is the placement of the side view mirror controls. My wife and I switch driving all the time and it's a bit of a reach for me to adjust them. Kinda like the Fit. Otherwise we love this car.btw, can anyone recommend a good place for tinting in and around the Tri-City area?

Got a clunk too but with less than 100 on it I will wait and see. Great little car but I do miss my Maxima which one of my sons now has. Oh about that hard start ... with any fuel injected engine be sure to keep you foot off the gas on start up. It happened to me a few years ago and it took for ages to start. hey a good place for tinting in the lower mainland is Ideal Tint, they are on westminster hwy and knight st in richmond. My gf and I are both getting urs doner there. there tint isnt the cheap stuff it wont go purple on ya.

my ex got her 04 civic all 5 windows for $170 and they quoted me 240 for 9 windows on my 88 runner. they do a really good job.

When you say all 5 windows....do you mean the 2 rear passenger windows that roll down, the two little ones that don't, and the rear windshield?

itwas all five windows minus the windshield.front to back. she had a two door coupe. it worked out to about 35 a window orf so he was saying but was able to cut a deal because we were getting 2 cars done.

Don't want to point out the obvious but tinting in front of the door posts is illegal in BC. I doubt that you would get pulled over specifically for that but you could get cited if you are pulled over for any other reason. Has this caused any issues for you yet. I'd like to tint everything but the windshield to cuz i think it looks great but I don't want any hassles.

I too went to Jonker in early January. I wanted a Red SL with 6spd but they said I had to wait until March. So I inquired about an SL with CVT, and again the response was there were no SL avail. until March. Then when I heard that the 1% financing deal would possibly end Jan 31, I asked if they could hold the financing until March, he said "No" The car had to leave the dealership during the time of the rate. I then went to New Pacific and asked if they would hold the rate and they said yes. It was not my fault that the car I wanted was not available. But again the red 6spd would have to wait until March. My wife was impatient so we bought the Blueberry CVT. Definitely enjoying the car.

got mine at Morrey Coquitlam ... a joy to deal with over many years. got a SL CVT tech package and Mag. Gray colour. Miss my Maxima but the V is a sweet machine. 1% over 5 is a no brainer when you can easily get 5% without risk. I own a motorcycle with the same transmission ... Suzuiki Burgman.

Say lets all meet one Sunday for breakfast coffee ... Timmy's on Unitied has a good sized parking lot. Unitied Blvd. is in the Pacific Reach Industrial Area ... any thoughts?

ya tinting all around is illegal but no probs so far and i have had it done to previous cars too. Also check out west coast nissan thats where me and the gf got ours and they were really good to deal with.
